THE ICONIC HOLIDAY RAVES
“Everyone knows that there is something special about New York City during the Holidays. The tree at Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, Macy’s Parade, the ball at Times Square, and a zillion other attractions delight tourists from all over the world, as well as native New Yorkers. THE ICONIC HOLIDAY RIDE is one of the most unusual and fun activities that shouldn’t be missed. Theatrical busses with stadium seating, massive glass panels, surround sound, 3,000 LED lights and 40 video screens take participants on a ride they will not soon forget. Providing a panoramic view of the most exciting city in the world, riders not only get to see NY’s eccentric inhabitants but also are treated to street performers, historical facts about local attractions, holiday tunes, sing-alongs, and the wild and wacky antics of The Ride’s hosts. A hilarious one-of-a-kind time is had by all. Call their Box Office or visit their spectacular website to find out when your Holiday Bus is leaving. Then get on board and RIDE!”

“THE RIDE changes throughout the year based on the season. They have a spectacular ICONIC HOLIDAY TOUR. These motor coaches, made by Prevost, the Cadillac of custom designed busses in the world, allow you to experience Holiday New York in an entirely new way. Regardless of how many times you have been to New York City and seen the sights and the Holiday lights, you have never seen them in a format as entertaining and charming as THE RIDE.”
-Josh Young, Theme Park University
“I loved going on THE RIDE so much that I decided to take in the Iconic Holiday Edition with a four o’clock tour that lasted for 75 minutes. The 4:00pm affords you both daylight as well as the entrancing Holiday lights. This particular RIDE had a large group of people from Russia. There was much focus on pointing out the Holiday hot spots while THE RIDE voice gave us all a bit of fascinating history. The soundtrack and videos inside of the bus are much different from the one I did with Fazzino and the art work on the outside of this bus is way new! I so enjoyed it when we hit a spot where one of THE RIDE’S entertainers perform. The microphone and speakers open up so you can hear them and they can hear you. I was most totally amused to see the people passing by as to whether they would stop to look at the performer as well as in some cases actually join in. Then there are those that are taking photos of the scenario. One day I want to set it up to be on the street and take photos and video of what it looks like from a viewer’s point versus being on THE RIDE itself. “During school break, I love to explore Manhattan with my son and do some cool stuff. One of our favorite things to do together is to take THE RIDE. It’s loads of interactive fun, laughs, information, sights and a unique experience; chockfull of jokes, singing, doing the wave, sightseeing and more. We enjoy taking it in the evening to experience all the grandeur of the lights of the city. It’s become an annual holiday tradition for us. THE RIDE operates year round, and it’s always a fun time. And a cool way to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. Let THE RIDE know, and they will arrange a celebratory shout out that you’ll always remember. THE RIDE’s specially designed custom vehicles are the tallest allowed by federal law on city streets. The bus is fitted with stadium-style seating that orients riders sideways to look through massive windows, and two on-board hosts banter comically as we travel through the streets of midtown Manhattan, commenting on New York’s history and its iconic sites and structures, and revealing little known facts about the city – all while incorporating actors and performers along the route who interact with the vehicle and its passengers. External speakers and exterior lighting allow the on-board hosts to make everyone on the street part of the experience. Surprises show up all along the route, such as rappers in the street and ballet performers.”
